MENU OF THE DAY: GOOD FRIDAY OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER

Just took my chance if Pasig market was open on a good friday and it was. So I bought some oysters. I have been craving for oysters rockefeller.


With some cheddar cheese, basil and balsamic vinegar, this is not your usual oysters rockefeller, in fact I don't know what it's supposed to be called.



It has double cheese topping because I also put easy melt cheese.



No bed of sea salt but the taste,,, ang sarap! If not for Good Friday, pulutan na ito.


To sidetrack, it's my birthday week and the cub's 10th month. Menu planning on-going. Here she is all summery!



She's hating the heat but loving the water.
