MENU OF THE DAY: BLUEBERRY MUFFINS AND LUCKY ME

Yesterday, I went out with my business partners, my two very best friends in the world, the GFF and the BFF. We rounded up the weekend markets i.e. Salcedo Market, Rockwell's Baker's Fair and Mercato Centrale.

A concept we're truly positive about came in. I will tell you when it starts.

We ended the rounds with lunch at The Cookbook Kitchen. Wonderful.

The BFF who is a Chef, brought these for the cub...

Blueberry muffins. These are sooo good I hoard them.

So for breakfast I persuaded the arte niece to cook something warm. The mother went to church early and the other help was on day off... I was with the cub and the other help was cleaning up the house. So here's what she thought of...

Lucky me with eggs. Very uhm, creative (and I'm thinking silently beggars can't be choosers). In fairness, bagay sa blueberry muffins of the BFF...

And since it's grocery Sunday, I saw at the wet market section some good kasim so I made homemade tocino, one Mc cormick, one Clara Ole. I will let it stand until Wednesday... here they are...

This above is the Clara Ole tocino, here is the Mc cormick...

I separated my share and gave instructions to the househelp, I like mine a little fatty.

For dinner tonight the mother made fish lumpia ala shanghai style. I made sour cream garlic sauce with a little paprika and tabasco. Great weekend ender.

Ok, the cub is calling me already and I need to finish my Tea Time. Till next.
