MENU OF THE DAY: BIRTHDAY MISWA

The GFF finally had his cook demonstrate to me how miswa ala Chinese is done.




It's his favorite so I HAVE to learn the dish.





Which turned out not so complicated anyway but the subtlety of the dish and the mixture of ingredients are just right.




So everyone enjoyed eating....


including the cub who, by the way, still has coughs and colds today. Nahawa na din ako.

This was taken when she accompanied me at One Corporate Center for site visit. Dear God, please let the coughing and the sneezing go away already.
