While I was arranging the cupboards, I saw some almond butter which I bought from S & R. So I thought of what will be best to do with it and came up with these...

Timely because I still had packs fo Ghirardelli chocolate chips.

I asked the arte neice to help me out. These babies are an easy bake for 12 minutes to make it a little crunchy

Underbake to make it chewy.... my own almond butter choco chips cookies.

Wonderful with tea or coffee or, if you're redundant like me, hot choco.
