FOOD SUGGESTION OF THE DAY: DEEP FRIED BUTTERMILK CHICKEN

After several tries on searching for buttermilk I finally found it at Mercato Centrale. First thing that came to my mind, Martha Stewart's buttermilk marinated fried chicken.


This was more than a year pending on my list of "I want to cook"



It's your usual crunchy in the outside and tender in the inside.



Buttermilk makes a lot of difference, it makes the chicken meat tastier and velvety. Chow!
