MENU OF THE DAY: ADOBO

And who among Filipinos do not love Adobo? Especially on a weekend when everyone is home.


So after reading MarketMan Manila's blog, I had the inspiration for lunch. Here it is, umuusok pa.




A little modified using chicken instead of pork, with garlic bulbs and light soy sauce.



It was really good so I'm putting this on the menu. The BFF and GFF should both approve.



Here's the cub, we were preparing for a Birthday party then kaput, it rained.



So, I can't see clearly with the darkness and aggravated by the rain, no way will I compromise her safety driving tonight...



So there she was, all pikon all night. Quality time na lang. Mwah honey.
