MENU OF THE DAY: GLAZIN' AMERICAN RIBS

I'm so excited to cook today eventhough I had a lot of work done before I can.
I went to Manila for my consultancy then had to have lunch meeting for a corporate dispute and before I knew it it was already 4pm. Panic!

Good thing I had marinated the American ribs before I left this morning. So after picking up the Fiery Chocolate Cake from Purple Oven,

I just asked the  helps to pick up the pancit from Savory ---

so I can concentrate on the star of my dinner menu, the Glazin American Ribs.

It was juicy and the glaze was superb.

I had to tell the mother thrice not to eat the fat.

Needless to say, the cub is a happy 8-month old.

 Even the arte niece agrees.

I asked her if the ribs were yummy, she said "super" so she's just going to study for the finals tonight, I'll postpone her plucking my white hair as reward. The power of words. Haha.

Cheers to a good March!
