MENU OF THE DAY: CHEESE PIMIENTO

Ok, today I realized we don't have any sandwich spread. So I decided to make cheese pimiento.

Perfect with toasted white or wheat bread. Yummy.

My niece loved it to bits of the cheese. Here she is almost bald. She cut her hair after seeing a scissor. The mother scolded my brother for this. At least we know now she's really pretty.

This was taken after she ate the cheese pimiento sandwich so she obliges when you say smile.
