MENU OF THE DAY: PAKSIW NA BANGUS

The lenten season is here. Palm Sunday tomorrow so go to mass. So what's for lunch today?

Paksiw na Bangus, tastier if from Dagupan.


I like putting either ampalaya or talong in my paksiw.



Then I put the sili in patis and I'm all set to eat.



I was browsing at the photos of the little one. I saw one where she is holding the mother's fish cookbook, snotty and cute. Haha.



Pedia said she wants her at 10  kilos on her first birthday. Holy me, malapit na yon, wala pa kong plans.
