MENU OF THE DAY: TUNA MUSHROOM MELT PENNE PASTA

It's Maundy Thursday yesterday so no meat up to today, Good Friday. I checked out the pantry saw some tuna and button mushroom and some easy melt cheese. Also, I have marinara sauce from fresh tomatoes which I made the other day so pasta it is.

This was inspired by the tuna mushroom melt of Jollibee.

Partnered with the carrot bread (brown sugar topped), it was the bomb. Everyone liked it. Gone in 60 seconds. Haha.

Even the cub had several spoonfulls. Yesterday I bought her a Baby Alive toy. She loved it.

She knows how to make "gigil" and she gets "gigil" with the toy.

I think this is the first toy I ever bought her. Her toys were all given by the ninongs and ninangs.
