FOOD SUGGESTION OF THE DAY: SUGPO IN ALIGUE

I saw a feature in a food magazine that made me crave for Sugpo when I just usually go for suahe.






Sugpo has a better color when cooked. But a good quality aligue paste will make this dish.





Careful not to overcook the sugpo. And be wary when it is cooked just perfectly. Ubos agad!
