MENU OF THE DAY: SEMANA SANTA KING CRAB

Palm Sunday today. The longest mass ever. Not if you count Easter Sunday's salubong plus the mass. So since it is family day today, king crab it is.

Weighing 1.2 kilos a piece. All for the love of Jumbo Seafood Restaurant in Singapore. I miss Singapore, my second most favorite place after Boracay.

Thank you to the vendor at Pasig Market who was there just for the season. He even told the story of how he caught this one. I told him he should be back every week. But he can't, crabs like this only come once in a while he said.

Earlier I went to mass with the cub, but she kept scratching her ears so I asked that her ears be cleaned.
