I got some wonderful sugpo from Salcedo Market and thought of a different way to serve them. Tada! Shrimp Thermidore.
It's a little harder to prepare this dish because you have to take out the meat of the shrimps and stuff them back again. The end result is worth the effort.
The cheese I used is the leftover queso de bola from the holidays.
And these are staying in the ref to get baked when I go out over the weekend. Happy Sunday everyone!
